Job Scope:

• Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Conducting feasibility studies, process simulations, and risk assessments to evaluate process design alternatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, equipment modifications, and automation solutions.
• Monitoring and analyzing process performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and troubleshooting.
• Providing technical expertise and support to production teams to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Participating in the design, installation, and commissioning of new process equipment and systems.
• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials for process operations.
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to address process deviations and non-conformities.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations in all process activities.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and implement best practices in process engineering to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Knowledge in process and production are value-added
• Must be fluent in English & Japanes

• Propose and implement tooling and fixtures of Metal and Optical parts Assembly
• Handle new products and involve in NP, NPI, MP phases
• Design of tooling.
• Implement production processes and procedures leading to productivity improvements with project based activities

Requirements :

• Min Degree in Automation, Assembly, Mechanical, Chemical engineering or any engineering related field
• At least 2 years' working experience in manufacturing assembly production technologies or optics manufacturing environment
• Knowledgeable in CAD system
• Have experience in CNC Machinery assembly process and automation is an added advantage
• Proficient in ISO standards, SAP system, Lean and Continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage
