Job Scope:
Solutions engineers support the pre-sales process and work alongside the sales representative to identify the customer’s needs and generate customized business software solutions. Their role is to demonstrate and articulate the features of software products best suited for the customer.
Responsibilities:
• Working with internal and external delivery teams to map, design, and produce system integration.
• Determining the optimal and most cost-effective solutions.
• Presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
• Providing cost and timeline estimates to clients and stakeholders.
• Creating business & solution proposals.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance(优化) system integration processes and methodologies.
• Identifying problems with solutions and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensuring that integrated systems meet quality standards and performance requirements.
• Ensuring that project proposals are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives through clear communication, negotiation, and the ability to anticipate potential conflicts or misunderstandings
• Creating and delivering demos, answering detailed product questions.
Job requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or software engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Up to date understanding of Programming and Scripting Languages (e.g. Python, Java), Database Management & SQL.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Skill.
• Empathy and Customer Focus.
• High-level Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Can work under pressure and fast paced pattern.
