Key Responsibilities
- Senior Executive position that will be reporting to Business Development Manager and Business Intelligent Manager.
- To perform market and industry research and analysis with guidance from the manager in charge of relevant economic matters pertaining to the oil and gas sector.
- To compile, consolidate and summarise relevant issues of the industry and economy for the department and ensure that the information is provided on a timely schedule as per the agreement of the manager in charge.
- To compile, consolidate and update the Investor Management info pack based on the manager in charge advise.
- To compile business intelligence data and tools that help in leveraging data for the manager in charge to perform deep analysis and provide his/her recommendation to Head of Department.
- To identify for improvement, spot trends, as well as recognise potential issues and propose solutions to manager in charge to perform deep analysis and provide his/her recommendation to Head of Department.
- To compile, consolidate and update business development database and assisting business development manager to identify potential investors.
- To perform follow up leads based on targeted industries/sectors that has been set by the business development manager
- To prepare and consolidate information on new investment summary for business development manager to perform further analysis and provide his/her recommendation to Head of Department.
- To maintain the information pack that relates to new investment of each potential new investor that includes chronology of events , minute of meeting, list of questionnaires and answers etc.
- To assist manager in charge in gathering information and data for memo, letter or any special task that requested by higher management.
- Responsible to maintain information updated that relates to Business Development and Business Intelligence.
- Responsible to maintain document log that relates to business intelligent and business development activity I.e Memo, Letters potential investor company profile, business intelligent report and analysis and schedules deliverables as per assigned by the manager in charge.
- Responsible to provide weekly task list update to manager in charge.
