• Manage full set of accounts
• Bank reconciliation, management reports, financial Statements, GST submissions
• Liaise with auditing/secretarial firms for annual audits, annual returns and tax matters
• Able to use Quickbooks or other accounting systems Manage payroll, CPF contributions, IRAS matters
• Manage employee records and expense claims
• Recruitment including employment contracts, sourcing for candidates, work pass matters • Admin of general and HR insurance
• General admin on leasing, licensing and liaising with contractorsManage full set of accounts
