Primary Key Responsibilities The following are the core responsibilities of the Reception Supervisor. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels. The Reception Supervisor is responsible for: a. Line managing all reception / care navigators, supporting staff development, providing guidance and direction, ensuring staff are up to date with mandatory training b. Completing staff appraisals as required c. Identifying and delivering team training where required d. Compiling reception / administration staff rotas e. Reviewing and updating all administrative and reception policies and procedures as required f. Supporting the management team in the compilation of practice reports and the practice development plan g. Developing, implementing and embedding efficient office processes and procedures to adhere to extant legislation h. Coordinating the provision of temporary administrative and reception staff, ensuring sufficient cover is provided for periods of leave and other staff absences i. Updating the appointment system to reflect leave and other approved absences j. Providing initial guidance and advice to patients who wish to verbally complain k. Managing all deliveries to the practice, ensuring adherence to the cold chain policy as necessary l. Acting as building fire marshal, ensuring evacuation Secondary Responsibilities In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Reception Supervisor may be requested to: a.Deputise for the practice manager during periods of absence b.Partake in audit as directed by the audit lead c.Coordinate and produce meeting agendas and record the minutes of meetings d.Support the practice manager in the maintenance of the practice website and social media accounts e.Monitor and promote the use of the Friends and Family Test f.Champion continuous improvement, encouraging staff to participate and make suggestions for CI initiatives g.Assist with QOF and other service targets

As a Booking.com equivalent for camping and glamping, their mission is to inspire the 11+ million website visitors each year to get outdoors more often and feel more adventurous.

The Role
We are looking for someone to help in consistently delivering exceptionally high levels of customer service - so good that people tell their friends!

Working alongside a colleague to share a set 2-week working shift pattern (see below), you’ll be acting as a first point of contact for both campsites and campers via email, phone & live chat.

You’ll demonstrate care in getting people the right result, be friendly to your core, and have bags of empathy.

You will be part of the administration glue that holds the team together in a variety of ways.

Responsibilities:
*Answering and routing inbound calls, emails and other contacts
*Assisting both campsites and campers with booking related questions and issues
*Finding ways to add moments to our customer service efforts
*Providing all-round support and cover for the rest of the team
*Various projects and administrative tasks as necessary

Attributes
*Self-motivated with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
*Excellent attention to detail
*Organised, deadline aware and willing to roll your sleeves up and take responsibility
*Friendly, with good empathy and customer driven service ethic
*Excellent written & verbal communication skills
*Experience (or a passion) of the travel sector would be an advantage, but not essential

Working hours / Shift pattern:
30 hours per week - split over 3 weekdays at their offices and the 1x weekend day from home.
Week 1 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday

Package:
Starting pay rate of £12.82ph, plus a company bonus, and 5% pension contribution.
