Responsibilities:
- To assist the Project Manager to monitor and supervise the construction works at the project site, to ensure it meets the requirements in term of cost, quality and time.
- To review construction drawings and carry out valued engineering.
- To co-ordinate with Authorities, Consultants and Sub-contractors.
- To prepare daily site reports and correspondence.
- To do site inspection to check on quality of works/progress of works/ defect inspection.
- To attend project site meeting to ensure project schedule is adhered to, problem and defects are attended to.
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess Degree/ Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 year working experience.
- Able to plan and lead sub-contractors on day-to day operation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be a team player, able to work hard and independently.
