Job Responsibilities:

Registration & Admission

· Perform accurate registration for Emergency Department patients

· Manage billing for patients including payment & deposit collection

· Conduct financial counselling for patients / next-of-kin (NOK) who require admission to the hospital

Bed Management

• Provide logistical support and assist in the coordination, scheduling and execution of co-learning events, visits and networking sessions which include but not limited to the booking and preparation of meeting rooms, setting of AV equipment, sending out calendar invites and programme agenda to all stakeholders.
• Liase with vendors, secretariats, venues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of learning events in meeting the events’ objectives by managing both physical and virtual meetings as well as arranging for the necessary testing and rehearsals
• Provide administrative support to departments, including scheduling both internal and external meetings, managing calendars, maintaining and upkeeping of databases, raising and processing system requests as well as claim matters.
• Support in the aggregation, assignment and curation of content published on corporate website(s), ensuring timely upload and refresh of information
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, updates and presentations as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree holder in communications, public relations, events management or a related field
• Resourceful, proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to completing tasks assigned efficiently and effectively
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to details and ability to prioritise workload managing and completing multiple tasks in a timely fashion
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and writtin, with positive aptitude and ability to build rapport as well as maintain good relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
