About the job 

Job Purpose: 

• Connect with property management companies, building managers, JMBs and property developers to develop collaborative potential, in order to explore the chances of installing media resources in buildings
• Responsible for developing high-rise building to be one of company’s media resources, constantly following up collaboration project status, and ensuring the progress of project development
• Systematic exploration, establishment, development of buildings to build relationships with building clients
• Maintain the building partners’ relationship, ensure the normal operation of media resources, deliver good communication, coordination and cooperation with the operation department; renew the contract in time

Job Description:

Responsible for end to end spectrum of Contract Management.

薪資範圍：RM 6,800 – RM8,500

經驗及資格：

學士學位/文憑/工料測量師/土木工程/合約管理或同等學歷
至少 5 年開發商公司工作經驗
對合約前期和後期工作有豐富的了解，特別是各種合約形式、成本控制預算和合約問題
擁有出色的談判、人際交往和溝通技巧
Microsoft Office、Excel 和 Word 知識
與供應商和總部同事的工作語言為普通話、英語和馬來語

職位描述：

負責端到端的合約管理。
執行公司相關和要求的所有政策、活動、程序。
負責起草和審查合約文件並處理合約爭議和/或問題。
投標資格預審、評估並向管理層推薦。
在整個招標過程中與顧問聯絡，包括制定招標方案、評估特定合約形式的適用性和具體招標條件。
審查顧問準備的招標和合約文件。
負責招標工作，特別是招標，包括招標、審查招標報告、參加投標面試、談判、敲定並向管理層準備推薦報告以授予合約。
與顧問 QS 聯絡，提供每月專案財務報表以供報告之用。
準備對替代方案的分析和比較。
監督顧問及時處理承包商提交的變更工程。
審查顧問準備的最終帳目表。

Job Responsibilities

• To develop new business opportunities.
• To sell company's Financial products & 3rd party products & services.
• Build and maintain close business relationship with the High Net Worth (HW) customers in providing value added investment.
• Involve and implement operational & marketinq activities of Premier Wealth Centre.
• Handle all credit applications as well as the operational transactions within the permitted authoritv limit.
• Be guided by Certified Financial Planner (CFP) rules and regulations in providing investment advisory to affluent customers.

Job Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales related field is required for this position.
• Broad knowledge of Company Group's products.
• Possess good interpersonal and relationship building skills with strong self-assured and confident.
• Able to think creatively, results oriented and high performance driven. 
• Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. - Must fully understand the product features and HNW individual life style needs.
