The Raw Material and Sampling Specialist will need to have a deep understanding and keep abreast knowledge of raw material uses/functions and impact in chocolate recipes. The role will assist in the raw material evaluations to qualify as an ingredient to be used in recipes, maintain data on raw materials, nutritional info, its properties, uses and as backup/alternative ingredient.
