Hays Marketing has partnered with one of the largest engineering clients within the UK to appoint their new Bid & Marketing Manager to join their busy commercial team.
Your new role
Your new role as a Bid & Marketing Manager will see you coordinating high value technical bid submissions, conducting market analysis, developing a bid library as well as managing the company's social media presence. As this is a brand-new role, you will be responsible for developing technical data sheets and response packages which will be based on past successful tender submissions and new approaches for future tenders to improve operational excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Bid & Marketing Manager, you need to have previous experience coordinating large bid submissions and tender processes ideally within the private sector, have excellent organisational skills, communication skills, self-motivation and a solid work ethic to seek out information from the wider teams.
Sector experience within engineering, construction, water, oil or manufacturing as well as client-facing experience is an advantage.
