About the team: The Strategy and Transformation Directorate is responsible for key strategic functions such as strategy development and implementation, refreshing the annual strategic plan, leading the annual goal agreement planning and overall process, designing and delivering all external engagement relating to development and delivery of the strategy and ensuring that the experiences of our service users and carers can be captured regularly to inform the priorities of the Trust. The Transformation Team advises on, monitors and supports the portfolio of strategic programmes, projects and annual goals which will facilitate delivery of the Trusts Strategic Ambitions The post holder will: play a key role in co-ordinating and facilitating weekly Executive strategy & transformation huddles, and in maintaining the Trust Strategy Deployment Room. The post holder will be responsible for the management of crucial programme meetings Track milestone delivery and escalate when there is a variance to plan. support the analysis and monitoring of annual goals to translate the Trust strategy into action, working closely with the Operational and Corporate Directorates. Key Responsibilities of the Post: You will be responsible for the assessment of needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for clients admitted on the ward. You will supervise the work of junior staff, ensuring the highest possible standard of nursing care in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, the Mental Health Act and all other legalisation. Produce accurate, timely and appropriate monthly financial and performance management information for the Group(s), within the timescales determined by the Trust. This will involve the collection, collation and processing of complex data from a variety of sources into appropriate information to allow input into the computerised ledger. Calculate accruals, prepayments and adjustments to be reflected in the monthly management accounts and maintain a clear audit trail by means of adherence to trust financial procedures and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Quality check month end reports for accuracy. Produce a year end forecast projection to assist with the management of budgets. The National Operations Service, Personal Assistant /Admin Manager will be responsible for: The overall administration of a number of meetings and supporting the committee and meeting structures of the NOS including co-ordination of yearly plan of meetings, booking venues, preparation of agenda/supporting papers, taking minutes and taking relevant follow up action. The post holder will play a key role in communication between the Directors/Operational teams and programme stakeholders including NHS England (NHSE). The post holder will work in close collaboration with the Directors and members of the NOS service. The post holder will have responsibility for promoting and developing a corporate and professional image of the NOS and demonstrate excellent front of house skills. The post holder will manage all e-mails, electronic diary and post received for the Directors, deciding how every item is to be handled via appropriate liaison with relevant parties, dealing with constant change in priorities and competing demands. This will include the handling of confidential and highly sensitive issues. The post holder is required to have knowledge of a full range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures acquired through training and experience. To be responsible for the production of the monthly budget statements and associated reports for a wide range of R&D budgets in accordance with agreed timetables. 2.
