Responsibility
- Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials.
- Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
- Explore alternate sources for goods and materials
- Responsible for sourcing quality supplies with on time delivery, competitive prices & material of goods quality.
- Follow up delivery of material with supplier.
- Plan for material upon receiving of sales report from sales admin department.
- Communicate with all relevant department pertaining to issues of materials.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
- 2 years working experience in related field (Manufacturing industry) is an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): must be computer literate, Microsoft Office
- Excellent/ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
