Responsible to provide administrative support to the Department in ensuring a consistent supply of products at the right quality, prices, and time to meet customers’ orders.
He/she will handle trade purchasing process, maintain suppliers’ relationships, product and import process (handle import declaration, liaise with freight forwarders/hauliers), claim process and documentation. Through his/her engagement with suppliers, he/she monitors and analyses prevailing product pricing and availability of products for serving customers’ needs.
