The wage range for this position is $18.00 - $24.10 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers “Whole Benefits". Whole Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plan benefits, eligibility for a store discount, paid time off and access to other benefit programs. Eligibility for Whole Benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable Whole Benefits plan at a person’s date of hire.

• To support Senior Manager, Events Management & Network Support on day-to-day distributors servicing areas to support across all facets of event coordination from event planning, budgeting, logistics coordination and onsite set-up and execution.
• To liaise with creative and production teams and third-party suppliers
• Oversea onsite operations ( managing venues, registrations, speakers… etc)
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships with strategic clients/partners.

Requirements
