• Daily closing of CO and preparing daily and monthly reports for CO and ECO and also sales of co blank forms.
• Daily filing of CO and ECO documents.
• Archive of co and ECO documents with C&P infobank Pte Ltd.
• CO Telemarketing for CO & ECO via phone, fax, and emails and also attending to walk-in customers and phone enquires.
• Any task that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Business administration or related field.
• Min 1-2 years of trade regulations, including knowledge of certificate of origin requirements.
• Experience in custom documentation or a similar role within the export environment if preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assist in planning and coordinating business activities.
• Handle paperwork for events, trade fairs, and meetings.
• Evaluate and report on the success of events, including preparation for audit and closing of accounts.
• Provide administrative support for meetings and committees. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SMF’s policies and audit requirements.
• Ensure documentation compliance and adherence to policies.
• Help manage stakeholders for smooth activity delivery.
• Contribute to write-ups and marketing collaterals not limited to EDMs, posters, online marketing materials for both social and traditional media.
• Undertake tasks assigned by Management

Requirement

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in project management, marketing, business development, event planning, and execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Proactive, collaborative, has a sense of urgency, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in Chinese would be an advantage to support the China market.
