SUPPORT BUILDING OPERATIONS WITH BASIC MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION FUNCTIONS
Move tables and chairs to prepare rooms for meetings
Remove trash and recycling materials
Paint and change light bulbs as needed
Work on processing floor as needed
COLLABORATE IN ROUTINE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND MAJOR REPAIR
Fill part requests for Maintenance Technicians
Assist on repairs, preventative maintenance and completion of minor projects
Replace rollers and clean labels in all areas including but not limited to P&A machines, guide rails and floors
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Basic mechanical aptitude
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Regular attendance is required
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
PREFERRED
Ability to operate battery changer
Experience in mechanical or construction capacity
Experience in operating Material Handling equipment, floor scrubbers and balers
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical activity may include time standing/walking up to 12 hours with scheduled breaks. Ability to work in a multi-level environment, including climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting and pushing on a frequent basis
Ability to lift 30 pounds repetitively and more than 50 pounds with a two person lift as needed
May be required to take a drug screen
