Senior Business Services Officer position with Crown Lands Permanent full-time opportunity based at Newcastle, The Store Flexible hybrid working from home and the office Salary ranges from $93,295 to $102,941pa super annual leave loading flex leave Our Customer and Systems team are seeking a Senior Business Services Officer to play a crucial role in the management of Crown land, specifically focusing on infrastructure development and its associated tenure administration. In this role, you will lead a range of activities aimed at achieving objectives related to tenures, land management, and status searches. Your responsibilities include providing comprehensive advice, reports, and recommendations to both internal management and external clients on intricate tenure issues and proposals. Leveraging a suite of products and services, you will ensure the timely delivery of accurate land status and tenure information. To excel in this role, you should possess: Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in project administration and/or tenure management. The ability to interpret legislation and policies. The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within deadlines. Ideally experience in infrastructure projects, however not essential.
