As an Accounting and Finance Intern at MGB Berhad, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a construction company. Responsibilities:

-Assist with general accounting tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

-Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

-Assist in managing the company's financial records and maintaining accurate and organized documentation.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
• Preferably undefined specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent.

Scope of assignment

Under our Accountant’s observation and support:

• Follow company procedures to bookkeeping and process payments.
• Support Accounting team in preparing accounting books, arranging, filing, and archiving accounting documents.
• Study and involve in preparing some Accounting and tax reports following guidance from the supervisor.
• Support Accounting team in working with auditors and tax consultants, preparing data and documents for statutory audit, tax review and/or tax inspection (if any).
• Assist in implementation of actions for internal audits and company’s projects/ assignments if any.
• Other ad-hoc assignments required by the supervisor

 Key deliverables

• Process daily accounting works smoothly.
• Support accounting team to complete Indirect Procurement project; and
• Give intern the opportunity to gain real work experience

About the Role…

This role will be responsible for supporting the Key Accounts Team in a variety of sales and marketing initiatives. This includes conducting audience and market research, preparing proposals, and liaising with vendors for production. What you will do:

Primary

• Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, KOL management, social media management, storytelling, branding and digital marketing
• Support in campaign briefs that understand the business challenge clearly and provide sufficient background information for teams to work with.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Project Management, Creative and Editorial) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time to the highest quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders: Providing active follow-up and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Compile data and provide preliminary insights, to support campaign strategy and optimise performance.

Secondary
