About The Role

As an Executive/Senior Executive in ALPS, you will be base in our HQ at Jalan Bukit Merah and will be responsible for monthly closing (AP/AR/GL), audit schedules, and cost centre reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly closing of GL/AP/AR to meet the group submission timeline
• Perform billings for all outgoing stock movements/services rendered to customers by the scheduled billing period
• Follow up with operation/sales team on billing matters to ensure all billings are completely raised and credit notes are issued where necessary
• Follow up on customer collections and update Account Receivable Aging Report
• Supervise the day to day activities of account payable to ensure vendor invoices are processed accordingly

You will handle the Accounts Receivable of SingHealth HQ, including creating sales invoices, credit and debit notes and handling subvention receipts. You will also be required to maintain the accounts of MOH funded projects by maintaining the schedules and preparing invoices for submission. You will also be required to support the Treasury function, such as by broadcasting bank statements to SingHealth HQ accounts and tracking fund movements. You will work closely with vendors and IT colleagues to ensure accurate datasets, configure costing rules, derive the required costing output of the various services by patient level and ensure costing results are complete and timely. You will also assist to extract and utilise the information in Subvention System to work out the subvention norms to be applied to the computation of the subvention allocation amounts to the various institutions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

· Oversee the monthly closing of accounts and ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports to management.
