Job Requirements: Draft, review and amend the relevant legal documents in respect of the whole process of Private Equity (PE) and FOF projects, participate in communication and negotiation with different parties in different phrase of PE and FOF projects. Conduct due-diligence, risk and compliance review for specific fund investment. Assist in setting up appropriate vehicle for specific PE or FOF projects. Assist the process in fund registration and communication with respective regulatory institutions, ensure the fund /project is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Keep update of legal requirements and provide advice in product design. Familiar with legal and compliance issues with PE and FOF business and provide practical solutions. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Law or related disciplines. 5 - 8 years of solid relevant experience in law firm with private equity experience in Hong Kong, fund advisory services or PE firm focused in legal service. Experience in Asset Management is a plus. Familiar with SFC regulations and good financial product knowledge is a plus. Work independently with sound judgement. Strong analytical skills and presentation skills. Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required.
