Job Requirements:

3,Familiar with common design patterns, and proficient in Java, MySQL, and other technologies;

4,Familiar with development frameworks such as SpringMVC, Spring, and Hibernate;

5,Strong organizational and leadership abilities, a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and cooperation skills, and a team spirit.

We are looking for a Junior Chief of Staff. This individual needs to be a trusted partner, and will

play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office. The ideal candidate is

dynamic, intelligent, stellar at project management, handling tight deadlines, while managing

different stakeholders in the company to get things done. They would ideally act as an extension

of the CEO as an informational funnel, filter, and facilitator with both internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Proactive Support to the CEO
• Managing the CEO’s daily schedule, including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations.
• Short-term and long-term project management for the CEO.
• Managing, facilitating and scheduling fundraising and M&A conversations.
• Assist CEO in investor relations, including drafting monthly investor updates, articulating key company strategies and financial results.
• Assist CEO in conducting town hall meetings, facilitate management and strategy meetings.
• Assist CEO in formulating strategic OKRs by understanding key issues and constraints within the company.
• Make data driven recommendations to CEO to improve processes and gaps.

You Bring to the Table:

• 1-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Junior Chief-of-staff or in a similar role working with senior executives.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in collaborative software, Microsoft Office/G Suite, and a readiness to embrace new tools.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP Be accountable for appointing, coordinating and supporting the work of RRDN Specialty and Settings Leads. • Leverage an ecosystem of industry partners, start-ups, academia, public agencies and industry associations to fuel the growth of the R&D and industry landscape in Singapore.
• Build a good network of internal R&D capabilities to enable adoption for the A*STAR ecosystem.
• Manage and support the development and protection of intellectual property. Establish business strategies and identify potential markets when assessing competitive technologies to be commercialized.
• Guide junior team members on account management and research collaboration/ licensing deals structuring, monitoring, and costing.
• Strong in contractual terms and apply them during negotiations with industry collaborations and internal stakeholders.
• Lead industry collaboration discussions during meetings.

Position Summary:

This role is the global leader responsibility for Service Desk, Deskside Support and End user device asset management/life cycle for all regions including North America, Asia, India and Europe. This role is responsible for leading a distributed global team, internaltional travel required to visit different Lam sites (1-3 times/quarter)

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• BA, BS, or MS in Computer Science, IS/IT, or equivalent with 8-10 years of related experience and 5+ years in management
• ITIL certifications are desired
• Experience with ServiceNow (Incident management and Asset management) highly preferred.
• Experience with managing global team with different language/culture background.
