The main missions of the infrastructure and TMT groups are to originate, structure and deliver tailor made financing and commercial/debt advisory solutions in the infrastructure and TMT sectors, including transportation (e.g. toll roads, airports, ports), digital infrastructure (e.g. datacenters, telecom towers), regulated utilities and T&D, energy transition assets (e.g. EV charging, smart meters), waste and water, and social infrastructure/PPPs.

The infrastructure and TMT groups are located in Sydney, Australia and Singapore and cover all markets across APAC.

Product offering includes project, export, acquisition/HoldCo financing and corporate loans.

Responsibilities:

• In order to achieve this mission, the successful candidate will:
• Actively originate debt financing and advisory mandates in Asia, in the Infrastructure and TMT sectors.
• Take full responsibility for the execution of deals she/he's responsible for, under the responsibility of the infrastructure and/or TMT leads and with the support of other members of the Infrastructure and TMT teams
• Identify and originate business opportunities, including by leveraging off other team members and departments within SG (local coverage, M&A, DCM....) both with new and existing clients.
• Actively contribute to the team's budget either through the deals he/she's responsible for or transversalities for which he/she's in charge of.
• Develop and maintain quality, long-term relationships with clients.
• Contribute to an efficient communication and reporting within the team (dual location Sydney / Singapore).
• Cooperate with other SG teams (Energy Group, Syndication, Relationship Management, Credit, other product lines).

Profile Required:

Academic Background and Certifications, Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience, large part of which spent working in Asia on Infrastructure, TMT, energy and/or power transactions.
• Strong skills in debt structuring & advisory.
• Solid experience in project finance experience transactions.
• Strong skills in credit risk assessment, including modelling, financial analysis and sound knowledge of project and finance documentation.
• Candidate should have an existing network of clients across Asia, ideally in the infrastructure and TMT sectors.
• Pro-active, results-driven and client-focused, with strong ethics such as integrity and transparency and strong risk awareness.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead deal teams (across various locations) and develop junior staff

Job Summary

Development and execution of the project cost estimation, cost plan, monitor costs and collects cost data to ensure conformity with management's budget directives, cost tracking, forecasting and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support or lead in cost estimation for projects at various stages of the project development like FS, FEED and EPC.
• Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to the cost management of allocated projects.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and compilation of the overall project Class 3 cost estimate taking input from FEED contractors.
Work with Project Technical Consultant on Class 3 Cost Estimate.
Conduct ICSA on Class 3 Cost Estimate.
Liaise and review all the basis and computation of Class 3 cost estimate.
Establish the forecast of expenditure in Phase 3 and 4
Verify the robustness of quotations with reference to the MREs, as part of the build-up to the Class 3 cost estimate
Review the cost estimate with the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Business Manager
Lead the coordination with ICSA SME as part of the through-phase engagement during Phase 3, in collaboration with FEED contractors.
Establish detail Owner Cost estimate for Phase 4 and liaise with whole project team on the input to establish Class 3 cost estimate

Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 15 years work experience as a Project Cost Estimator for Mega Projects.
Experience in cost estimation for international major and mega projects (>US$1B) in an engineering company
Familiar with Aspen or equivalent estimation software

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be part of the IFRS 17 systems team as a Senior Finance System Engineer. The key role to be performed is to elicit and analyse business requirements, supports System Integration Test (SIT), support Users’ Acceptance Test (UAT) and maintain IFRS 17 systems for business-as-usual.

The Job

1) Contribute to the IFRS 17 systems team:

· Facilitate / conduct workshops for business users to identify project requirements. Gather, analyse, document and follow up on user requirements.

· Based on the requirements, generate artefacts needed for solution generation. These artefacts include – mapping documents, requirements for integration/interface specifications, site-map and page-flow, and the usage of UML diagrams to detail the process flow and solution.

· Understanding the core IFRS17 requirements, software solution and how to implement this within Great Eastern Finance and Actuarial business teams.

· Build an understanding on IFRS17 systems and configuration in order to support the business needs.

· Ability to analyse and pull out data from database to analyse situations and defects and suggest improvements.

· Writes requirements mapping document for IFRS17 solution product - inbound interface requirements document

· Designs and implements unit test cases and expected results

· Assembles System Test cases and expected results

· Investigates System Test, Integration Test and UAT defects

· Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regular tracking of test progress status and defect management.

Our Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Finance / Insurance degree.

• Certified pertaining to Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent).

• Certified Agile / Scrum practitioner will be an added advantage

• Minimum 5 years working experience in IT and experience handling projects or BAU in Insurance

• core systems or Finance systems.

• Experience in implementing or handling core Insurance systems or experience in financial reporting systems.

The Role

Reporting to the SVP of Global Finance and managing a team, As the lead APAC finance business partner, you will be the financial advisor to the executive team, providing insightful analysis and driving strategic decision-making. You will oversee the FP&A function, develop best-in-class budgeting and forecasting models, and collaborate across departments to optimize business performance. Responsibilities include data governance, system implementation, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and supporting investment activities.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you'll need a Masters or a Degree with the following related experiences

• Extensive experience 10 years in a leadership position within the finance function of a complex organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and overseeing all aspects of accounting, reporting, and financial controls in a real estate/ Advanced Technology environment.
• Proven success in leading and motivating a larger finance team, fostering collaboration, and optimizing workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including traders.

Responsibilities:

• Clarify the needs of the client and translate them into rigorous requirement lists
• Identify standard and project specific deliverables, key assumptions, follow and mitigate risks and issues
• Anticipate early in the project any compliance / regulatory requirement and start informing stakeholders of such risk and measure their impact
• Define, measure and report project KPI with right level of information
• Identify right resource within teams and constitute / coordinate project team members
• Report or escalate any important risk and issues to Sponsor and local management for appropriate action
• Follow, report budget actual/forecast to project stakeholders and local management
• Set relevant control in place to ensure that what has been delivered meets requirements validated

Requirements:
