• Planning, management and coordination of scheduled, preventive and ad-hoc maintenance/ facilities and building works.

Senior Operations Technician (DCS)

Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

In this role, you will provide support to the Engineer / Plant Manager and work together with the Operations team to achieve operational excellence in a wastewater treatment facility and related infrastructure within a client site.

Job Description:

• To have good knowledge of wastewater treatment including pre-treatment, biological treatment, sludge separation and related applications in a wastewater treatment plant.
• Develop, maintain and optimise all process documents including SOP, RA, training material, etc.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot any equipment or process problems that affect the operation target of the Plant.
• Support environmental compliance by monitoring all the plant inlet, operating and effluent data to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
• Perform operational duties in the plant in accordance with SOP’s and training including assisting with water sampling and analysis, loading, dosing, unloading and maintenance as required.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

• Prepare instrument schedule and list such as Document index, Instrument Index, DCS & ESD system I/O List, Cable schedule, Interconnection wiring drawings, Termination drawings, Junction box schedule, Instrument Hook-up drawings, Material Take off
• Well conversant with Instrument Database like Smart Plant
  Instrumentation (SPI), AVEVA Instrumentation etc.
• Prepare Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets(Specification),

  Version 2016 and above
• Update of As-Built documentation using AutoCAD, SPI (Intools) &
  AVEVA Instrumentation.
• 3D Modelling using PDS, PDMS, SP3D and space co-ordination with other interdiscipline, Clash checking and extract into 2D layouts
• Prepare the Block diagrams, Control / Rack room layout, Cable route, instrument location plan, DCS, ESD systems Loop drawings.
• Verify and collect inputs from site for finalizing the above drawings.

• 12-15 years design experience in Petrochemical /Chemical/ Pharmaceutical or related industry
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Intergraph, Microstation and Intools.
• Hands-on experience in 3D Modelling using PDS, PDMS, SP3D, Autoplant 3D,CAD Duct etc. software
