Our client, a Construction Subcontractor based in West Sussex, are currently looking for a brand new Designer to join their team covering drylining, commercial and construction projects.

They provide a tailored service to their clients on interior fit out and drylining projects and are proud of the level of service their clients receive and as such are looking for an individual that pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;

• Engage with the Pre-construction team to understand the design scope of newly secured works.
• Conclude any post tender RFI process and action the risk and opportunity schedule to the desired result.
• Contribute to the business support standards e.g. design deliverables, material schedules and specifications.
• The production of detailed design information e.g. CAD drawings, schedules, technical submittals, and specifications.
• Ensure that agreed design information is effectively communicated and understood by the project teams.
• Attend client design meetings as required.
• Ensure client data systems are managed and kept up to date with information and correct revisions.
• Work with other design resource or consultants to achieve the design deliverables.
• Build strategic relationships with client and other stakeholder professional teams.
• Form strategic relationships with key manufacturers to aid the design process.
• Assist the company compliance team in assessing the Design Standards.

Position Summary

The North Central Region Asset Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a growing 50 million square foot real estate operating portfolio across eight (8) markets. The Analyst will provide administrative support and operational coordination to various leaders and team members.

Essential Job Duties

• Prepare/update reports, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents, using Microsoft Office applications (including Excel and PowerPoint)

Overview:

The role of the Construction Manager is primarily to ensure the successful project planning and execution. This person will serve as a liaison between Company and the Client by planning, directing and coordinating projects to ensure that objectives and milestones of projects are accomplished safely and within each given time frame and budget. The Construction Manager serves as the primary contact for all technical and construction matters.

• Plan, direct and coordinate construction activities including understanding Client’s requirements, technical specification and commercial reviews and bid development to include time frame, construction procedures, manning requirements and allotted available resources for each phase of the project.
• Estimate work and prepare proposals based on information extracted from the bid documents and site walks and bid clarification meetings.
