As a Technician supporting Molding Production, you will be trusted to operate the molding automation efficiently according to SOPs and document effectively per Good Documentation Practices in meeting the quality and planned output at Johor, Malaysia. In this role, a typical day will include:
Perform optical tool inspection, assembly, PON set-up, targeting, line clearance, mechanical and negative checks, UV readings and PON changeover.
Handle molding automation operations in responsible to faults and ensure all the documentation are in proper record.
Perform mold cosmetic inspection and bubble check on dry lens.
Adherence to Alcon Values & Behaviors, observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Code of Business Conducts.
Fully comply to Data Integrity procedure and requirements.
Observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
General Certificate in any related field
No experience required, candidate with relevant work experience would have advantage.
