Job Responsibilities:
· Support ongoing operations and functioning of IT infrastructure in head office and outlets, as well as Point of Sale (POS) system in outlets.
· To assist in the smooth operation of the organization's IT processes and provide user support when required.
· Configuration, manage and maintain hardware and software including all peripherals, implement backup processes and assess the system for upgrades or replacement.
· After-hours on-call escalation and support for critical problem resolution.
· Work with vendor support to resolve technical problems.
· Provide support for Windows / Linux System Administrations, incident resolution, and maintenance.
· Provide administration for Windows Server OS and roles/features including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
· Perform email administration such as creating/maintaining user IDs and email addresses.
· Induct and train users in IT applications, advice, and educate users on IT basic procedure/knowledge such as classify malicious mail.
· Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software resources.
· Provide and maintain documentation for all systems.
· Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
· Proven work experience and have at least 2-3 years of working experience in IT Operations.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
· Good analytical problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to providing solutions.
· Competent at documenting standard/ applications operating procedures, processes, and work instruction.
· Ability to balance day-to-day operations with administrative tasks.
· MCSA, MCSE, CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
