Your new role
In the role you'll work closely with the IT operations manager in a varied role to support 2nd / 3rd line IT support & infrastructure requests, but also be responsible for line management of junior IT support engineers. This is a team of two and you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and also act as an escalation point when necessary.
