JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-Time Employment (with probation of 6 months)
1. USER MANAGEMENT
- Main liaison personnel to coordinate project/troubleshooting issues with users and vendor, in order to resolve issues and meet project deadlines.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and devices.
- To plan, implement, monitor and upgrade security measures for company users.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- network hardware and software, user support, security, and backup.
2. IT SUPPORT
- Act as 1st & 2nd level support in resolving hardware and software/application issues.
- Ensure timely deployment of various IT security patches, and firmware for network devices, servers, and other devices.
- Establish an effective monitoring mechanism to monitor the health status of servers and network devices.
- To manage and coordinate with outsourcing vendors to ensure services provided are in accordance with SLA for Infrastructure services and end-user support. Review & ensure issues case logs are resolved.
3. OTHERS
- Ability to provide recommendations to improve the overall operations and efficiencies of the applications in order to support current and meet new business requirements.
- Maintain and manage IT assets to ensure up-to-date asset listing.
- Perform IT ad hoc tasks assign by Manager from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in IT or any related field.
- 1 -2 years experience in IT.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Candidates must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Power point and Excel).
- Knowledge on SAP will be an added advantage
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidate must possess own transport to work.
