Responsibilities

• speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.
• carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
• prepare proposal and quotation for customer
• meet sales targets and profit margin set by managers and contribute to team targets.
• identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.

This area of work is open to all graduates, but a degree or advance diploma in one of the following subjects may be particularly useful:

While a relevant degree is not always essential, subjects with high technical content, or a business management component, may be favoured by employers.

A pre-entry postgraduate qualification is not essential, but a diploma or Masters in computing may be helpful for those without computing knowledge.

Salary

• Fresh Graduate - Starting salaries for copier sales executive are around RM2,200 to RM2,800.
• Minimum at least 1 year & above sales experience in office automation / office equipment field (Especially copier)- With experience your salary can rise to between RM3,000 to RM4,800.
• Minimum at least 3 years & above sales experience in office automation / office equipment field (Especially copier)- At senior sales level, you can earn up to RM5,000, or more.

Job Brief:

Responsible for providing end users support such as troubleshooting PC/Notebook, configure software, troubleshoot applications software, ip phone configuration, installing ip phone, tablets (e.g.. iPad), smart phones (ex. Blackberry's, iPhone, Samsung), printers, local area networks, wide area networks, any piece of computer related peripheral or software that end user would be using. Job Responsibilities:

• General
• Provide level 1 support (assistance through phone call)
• Provide level 2 users support (onsite support by attending to end user) on the following: o Troubleshooting network operating system, software and hardware o Being familiar with network operating system, software and hardware o Work within a ticketing system and create documentation for new processes o Training staff to maximize the potential of existing technology o Taking new users through the orientation process o Providing individual support and training upon request o Providing recommendations about support and information access o Maintaining an updated inventory of software, hardware and resources o Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking o Able to work independently and in a team environment o Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with outside vendors and internal staff.
• Performing any other IT related duties assigned.
• Performing after hour on-call work when necessary.
• Support remote users problem from Branches where necessary.
• Prepare log tickets on any users request attended and close the ticket upon issue resolved.
• Prepare a resolution after each log tickets has been done.
• Documenting case studies and relevant IT processes and procedures, and adding to the knowledge base of the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate well with different levels and type of people
• Have experience/Knowledge in IBM AS400 would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in active directory would also be an added advantage.
