Position: Manager, Workplace Safety & Health
Salary: $5,000 - $7,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Central Region
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate that WSH is a priority for RHSO by publishing the WSH commitment, reviewing and tracking WSH targets and performance, allocating sufficient resources for WSH, promoting WSH proactively, and ensure that staff have the necessary knowledge on WSH.
- Conduct safety inspections and internal audits to ensure work processes and activities comply with safety requirements and legal legislations.
- Provide safety related trainings to promote workplace safety requirements and improve the overall safety standards.
- Ensure all risk assessments are robust to address foreseeable risks that may impact RHSO’s operations and the environment.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and external parties on matters related to WSH requirements.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree Specialised in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment Science or related field.
- Preferred Licensed and Registered MOM WSH Officer
- Familiar with WSH Act and requirements.
- Good Knowledge in risk management implementation plan (bizSAFE Level 3 and higher).
