Responsibilities:

• Understand and integrate core tasks by building rapport with community members and stakeholders.
• Identify and de-escalate crisis situations while managing emotions effectively.
• Implement policies to safeguard community interests and collaborate on policy refinement.
• Handle cases involving safety concerns using trauma-informed approaches.
• Execute emergency plans and communicate them sensitively.
• Summarize incidents, coordinate with support teams, and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent
• At Least 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Safety & Escalation or related fields.
• Background in advocacy, crisis management, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, make quick decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin language as this role will be covering the GCR region.
• Open to contract roles for 12 months - renewable!
• Amenable to PM shift likely 1 PM to 10 PM or 2 to 11 PM, 5 days a week includes 1 weekend (ie. Tue to Sat/ Sun to Thur)
