As the Economic Prosperity Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading engagement with stakeholders and workers to identify barriers to workforce participation from underrepresented populations in the energy sector and developing and implementing a roadmap to address them. In partnership with PGE’s Supplier Diversity Program Manager, you will support a 20% supplier diversity goal on all federally funded grant projects. You will also serve as the lead to the Oregon Clean Energy Workforce Coalition’s Reducing Barriers Subcommittee.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management: Leads the planning and implementation of all grant-funded economic prosperity initiatives. Manages project partners executing economic prosperity related deliverables including pre-apprenticeship programming. Serves as the primary point of contact for tribal enterprises working on grant funded projects. Community Engagement In collaboration with others, develops and implements community partner strategy. Serves as the PGE lead to the Oregon Clean Energy Workforce Coalition’s Reducing Barriers and Expanding Access Subcommittee in partnership with the Clean Energy Workforce Program Manager.

Education/Experience/Certifications
