Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum SPM

Jobs Responsibilities:

Account Assistant :

Handling account receivables and payables
Assist in preparing financial report
Processing and tracking payments
Performing bank reconciliation of account
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Recording and filing cash transactions

Account Executive :

Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet (Full set of account).
Responsible for financial analysis.
Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals.
Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit.
Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting.

Job Requirements :

Posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related course (ACCA/LCCI Certificate are welcome to apply)
At least 2 years working experience in accounting department or related field

與外部審計師、稅務代理人、公司秘書和銀行家就年度審計事宜進行聯絡。
就發票和付款事宜與供應商聯絡。
管理專案預算，包括成本估算、追蹤和預測。

工作要求 ：
