Position purpose:

You will partner the principal(s) to develop the business strategies, objectives and targets for your respective brands in the region. You will drive the brand awareness, expansion and penetration strategies to strengthen the position of the business in the market.

• Strategize, plan, manage and execute all marketing plans and activities to meet the goals and objectives of the brand/s and the company.

• Ongoing review and evaluation of brand/s business performance to ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets and to uphold the positioning/ranking of the brands in its distribution.
• Effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of the brands in all brand communications strategies to build brand desire and that will resonate with target markets. Innovate and spearhead creative marketing activities and initiate suitable co-marketing tie-ups to create more business opportunities for the brands
• Organize and plan all product launches, activities or events and prepare the relevant marketing tools and mechanics - to be in line with the brand image and strategy, as well as to achieve set sales targets.
• Manage and liaise with Editors/Beauty Editors, contractors and partners on the planning and execution of all communication and promotional campaigns.
• Create and ensure consistent and impactful visual merchandising displays at all brand point of sales i.e. department stores and all other appointed retailers

• Responsible for the overall P&L of the brand/s up to Product Contribution and relevant KPIs encompassing effective management of stock holding and set A&P budget.
• Compile and review competitors’ marketing activities periodically, as well as ongoing collection of market data, trends and information, for analysis of the brand/s competitive performance and decision making.
• Create and maintain strong working relationships with the principals of the brand/s and the retail stores management, representing the company in business negotiations and tie-ups
• Lead, coach and guide direct reports to develop strong brand knowledge, marketing and business capabilities and inculcate team working spirit.
• Initiate and coordinate ad-hoc corporate assignments, where required.

Key Success Factors:

• Net Turnover total brand/brand group in alignment with the company and principal
• Mix of channel in alignment
• Retail sales mix and growth in alignment according with or without launches
• Effective A&P

• Product Contribution level in alignment
• 5% (of Net Sales target) generated in PR value
• Inventory & forecast level in alignment

Requirements:

• Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
• Have at least three (3) years of distribution / brand management experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods / FMCG / Beauty industry in product management and / or product marketing experience.
• Have experience analyzing and reporting on marketing activities, in particular analyzing ROI from campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Have a good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill to drive tasks to completion.
• Are positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing business.

• Have experience with Ms. Excel required, familiarity with CSV files.

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will work closely with Country Managers, local Brand Managers & teams regionally to drive commercial strategies and key financial KPIs for assigned multi-axis (make-up, fragrance and skincare) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend key action plans through trend and business analysis to optimize the multi-axis portfolio growth in each country in line with company, brands, and partners strategies.
• Responsibility of company’s P&L for the multi-axis portfolio, maximizing both sales and profits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners/internal stakeholders in regular dialogue to review performance. Identify needs and requirements to achieve win-win situations.
• Act as the regional key contact point to assigned business partners on any matters relating to the business/brands, serving as the link of communication between partners and internal teams.
• Oversees all aspects of commercial activities and negotiation with business partners including budget planning, KPIs setting, contract negotiation, etc.
• Conceptualize regional CRM campaigns to engage customers, build brand loyalty and increase transactions/brand engagements.
• Digital savvy, able to lead 360 marketing with focus in eCommerce/social marketing regionally.

Requirements:

• Candidate should be passionate about beauty with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in make-up; end-to-end brand management experience.
• Regional exposure will be a plus but not essential.

Position Purpose:

The Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Lead Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s CRM, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Channel & Retail Marketing

• Be the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships and consumer activations.
• Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.
• Key role in new POS openings – including boutiques and SIS.
• Analyse potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with all channel partners to align, plan and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans and activations before, during and post animation.
• Initiate negotiation with channel partners for promotion and marketing activations.
• Deepen channel customer development through CRM program activations.
• Initiate and coordinate ad-hoc corporate assignments, where required.

Product Management

• Budget management: Responsible for full P&L
• Responsible for all forecasting and sampling management for product launches and trade and retailer activities.
• Consolidate and update marketing team of post campaign reports and provide sales results and analysis monitor. Report all ROI of all programs for management reporting and feedback.
• Management and tracking flow of product registration in Malaysia to ensure timely registration.
• Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ moves and plan proactive actions
• Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the marketing calendar in collaboration with marketing services, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption.
• Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development.
• Implement door-by-door marketing plan (CRM, events and promotions)

Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)

• Defines the Brand’s local CRM campaign priorities.
• Builds CRM campaign calendar.
• Ensures that customer segmentation remain up to date and relevant for each campaign.
• Develops relevant and engaging brand communications behind the right product mix.
• Master, improve and maximize the usage of customers information (purchase history) in developing relevant marketing program. Defines & executes CRM analytics.
• Strategize, develop and execute CRM programs for the brand.
• Evaluates CRM campaigns against target KPIs and shares learnings.

Requirements:

• Have a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Finance or relevant specialisation.
• More than 4 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry.
• Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen.
• Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong understanding of the P&L of the business.
• Good to have strong people management experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, coach and develop people.
