Main Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Able to supervise & co-ordinate operation independently
• Able to read drawings and planning management is an added advantage

Position 1: Project Engineer / Technical Engineer

Work Scope: 

·       Responsible for system maintenance services, including UPS system, A/C System, Access System, and related ELV System 

·       To liaise with end user/main-contractor and be responsible for the daily maintenance schedule. 

·       report generation, including routine servicing and breakdown servicing report. 

·       Supervise, coordinate, and lead on site installation and troubleshooting, for both in-house team and sub-contractor.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of construction site practices, WATERPROOFING AND PLUMBING will be an advantage
• Responsible for handling overall site activities including monitoring of daily site activities and site safety.
• Plan and co-ordinates site activities.
• Check on sub-contractor work done, defect and quality.
• Conduct site survey and measurement work.
• Implement the preventive maintenance program to avoid machine breakdown.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.

Job Overview :

Transforms initial rough product design using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents. Reviews engineering drawing and design to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. Has basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within structural engineering.

Responsibilities and Duties :

· Produce drawings using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD).

· Draft plans and detailed drawings for Structural Projects.

· Work with engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.

· Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.

· Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.

· Ensure proper keeping of all drawings and documents records for easy retrieval

· To support Sales & Project department on documentation & submission

· To receive, record update and file all project documents and drawing. 

· Admin works related to project sites.

 

Requirements: 

· Suitable for fresh graduate/entry level.

· At least 1 year working experience in similar field.
