We are currently looking for a bright, and tenacious Presales Engineer, experienced with Digital Experience Solutions and eCommerce Projects.
You love meeting people and demonstrating your technical expertise, handling multiple stakeholders with large-scale scope, and are experienced in delivering complex, enterprise-level IT solutions.
Working location: Singapore
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Manage the quality of overall deliverables throughout the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to scope and define technical solutions in response to customer opportunities and requirements
- Participate in scope discovery meetings with prospects as requested.
- Develop, design, document, and deliver a scope of work, hour/cost estimates, and professional proposals that meet the customer's requirements.
- Present value and technical knowledge when demonstrating e-commerce platforms.
- Proactively build relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor.
- Liaise and collaborate with the Delivery teams and act as a conduit to identifying the best-in-class solutions and ensure the successful delivery of those solutions.
- Provide post-sales support to project managers to reduce costs and optimize profitability.
- Take ownership and responsibility for customers’ risks and issues, when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Strong technical knowledge of at least one e-commerce platform.
- Full life cycle experience is application development, with good experience and understanding of the application development processes.
- Sound sales and organizational skills for better sales pitches and collaterals.
- Excellent writing proposals spanning business and technology domains.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- High level of understanding of search, recommendation, and analytics systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and management skills.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working under pressure.
- Able to travel.
Preferred:
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
- Able to speak and write Chinese fluently.
- Certified in Solution Architecture from Adobe, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
- Experience in international projects or public sector projects is a plus.
Salary: From SGD 6,000
