The Job:

• Produce quality design work and assist in the creation of an array of digital materials.
• Adhere to the brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Support team to develop design concepts, and apply feedback to evolve the work.
• Be vocal in review/brainstorm sessions by showing confidence in the design decisions.
• Act as the production support to the Creative Support team.
• Assist with the preparation, designing, and creating art files for all offline and online marketing materials including blogs, SEO visuals and other related responsibilities as needed.
• Suggest fresh design styles and creative direction that suit users' need.
• Research competitors, trends, patterns, best practices, and template/elements onspiration to summarise as user insights.
• Maintain a full understanding of expected deadlines and visual preferences.

The Person:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in graphic design or a relevant field.
• Have prior experience in using graphic software.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
• Possess a good working knowledge of contemporary design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex design ideas.

As a Financial Services Specialist you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on life insurance products, responsible to respond to customer inquiries and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote insurance products effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote BJAK Life Insurance products and services.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to customers.
• Listen empathetically to customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans tailored to their requirements.
• Close sales by effectively presenting the value of BJAK Life Insurance products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in Financial Advisor or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
