Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct potential customer development, invite them to trial classes through outbound calls.
- Identify customers' purchasing needs, screen highly interested customers, and connect them with sales consultants.
- Follow up with potential customers to assist sales consultants in successfully completing transactions.
- Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or above, major unspecified.
- More than one year of work experience, experience in TMK (Tele-Marketing) in the education industry is preferred.
- Good communication and adaptability skills, proficient in using various office software.
- Positive work attitude, willing to take on challenges, with strong execution and stress resistance.
- Passion for sales work, strong ability to develop new customers, and customer-centric service awareness.
