Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specs and interior design plans.
• Prepare tender docs, request quotations, and conduct cost analysis.
• Create detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and project-specific expenses.
• Collaborate with the design team for accurate quantity take-offs.
• Source quotations for cost assessment from contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Administer contracts, conduct site visits, and monitor construction progress.
• Evaluate and compare quotations, prepare reports for contractor selection.
• Collaborate with the design team, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare valuations, progress reports, and final accounts for project cost tracking.
• Manage subcontractor payments, resolve contractual disputes, and maintain organized documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven Quantity Surveyor experience in design & build.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
