Job Scope:

• Contributing to research and development activities aimed at enhancing product functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design innovative solutions that meet project requirements.
• Conducting feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate design concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Utilizing engineering software and tools to create detailed designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Participating in design reviews, prototype testing, and validation to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Providing technical support and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Continuously improving design processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Knowledge in process and production are highly valued
• Fluency in English & Japanese is a must
