• Rewards Mechanics Strategy – Optimization to grow acquisition & retention
• Rewards Promo Strategy – Targeted & optimization of Rewards marketing campaigns
• Online Order share growth – Optimize to increase share in platform mix.
• Operationalization of online order and rewards – backend management & setup
• Tech development strategy – Scoping and operationalization of new features & capabilities.
ONLINE DATABASE GROWTH
• EDM Drip Framework – develop and optimize drip mechanics to boost acquisition & retention
• A|B Testing for optimal mechanics – messaging/offer/visual content types
PERFORMANCE REPORTING:
• Fixed bi-weekly business performance review – analysis & insight generation for revenue, Rewards & Online Order, marketing & partnerships, product performance.
