About our Line of Business – Mission Software & Services
Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. You will be a project executive involved in the day-to-day process in our new Data Centre development ensuring that all finance and procurement transactions are kept in good records. Working closely with the Project Director, Project Partners, Procurement team and Finance team, you will be part of dynamic and growing Data Centre Solutions team.
Be Part of Our Success
- Liaise with external vendors/ partners in the new Data Centre development.
- Raise purchase requisition where necessary.
- Track, monitor and prepare financial record and report according to the project.
- Ensure the company maintains a high standard in reporting and control as well compliance with accounting / financial policies and procedures.
- Receiving of vendor invoices, verifying and matching of invoices, payments processing.
- Coordinate the calendar of Project Director, arranging meetings and appointments.
- Traveling to sites as needed to coordinate ongoing projects.
- Reports direct to Business Unit Head, Data Centre Solutions.
- Other duties assigned by Business Unit Head, Data Centre Solutions.
Qualities We Value
- Diploma/ Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration with at least 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Attention to details, accuracy and solutions focused.
- Possess basic accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
