Your new role

Reporting directly to the Director (General Manager), you’ll be responsible for administration work and accountancy paperwork such as payment orders, data, salaries preparation etc. You will be required to do preparation of progress claims and invoices, and verifying details with client. You will also be responsible for monitoring clients’ payment status, collecting receivables and finalizing project accounts for completed projects. This is an all-round position with a focus on Office administration. You’ll be working in Singapore but liaising with the HQ located overseas. Involved in project delivery by receiving clients’ purchase orders, issuing delivery orders and return forms, arranging for equipment testing and maintenance, responding to clients’ requests where necessary.

Your new role

• Act as the focal point of contact between the customer and the Company
• Work with and offer assistance to the parent company’s Customer Support Department in supporting the Company’s clientele
• Provide professional support to customers in relation to the Company’s service, trading platforms and other relevant applications
• Provide trading data and clarification on the platform’s trading information to customers
• Provide clarifications to customers (e.g. terms of business of the Company, complaint form etc.) where such information was not understood by the customer during the online customer account opening registration process
• Liaise between the Compliance department and/or the Back-Office Function and the customer in relation to the due diligence procedures at the account opening stage (KYC procedures)
• Request and obtain from customers the necessary identification and due diligence documents if these are deemed incomplete or inadequate for the onboarding process
• Receive customer inquiries and complaints and ensure customer complaints are referred to the Compliance Manager in an orderly and timely manner

Primary Responsibilities:

· Facilitate student enrolments

· Possess comprehensive knowledge of the academy's service and product features
