Job Brief:

Check on VIP guest movements, complete their pre-registration formalities. Allocate rooms to all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences. Job Responsibilities:

13. To be familiar with the measure and the steps to be taken when the system fails and all backup procedures.
14. Inform the relevant department of any arrivals, room changes, check-outs, defects, and any other arrangements.
15. Determinates guest's reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay.
16. Helps guest complete registration cards and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
17. Performs cashiering tasks like invoice settlement, posting charges to the guest, raising paid outs.
18. Report any discrepancies such as skippers and dispute on bills so that action can be taken, and no loss is suffered.
19. Can handle/resolve guest complaints and/or knowledge/understanding of when and how to direct the guest to receive assistance.
20. Works closely with the housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
21. Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying housekeeping of all check-out, late check-out, early check-ins, special requests, and day-use rooms.
22. Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area and know the daily happenings in the hotel.
23. Ensure the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the customers or from other departments.
24. Assist guests with any inquiries regarding local entertainment, restaurants, or transportation.
25. Maintains guest room key storage and maintains and supervises access to safe deposit boxes.
26. Rules and regulations, grooming codes and code of conduct of employees as well as customer relations are always adhered to.
27. Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state.
28. Check and always maintain stock at par level.
29. Always maintain excellent grooming when on duty and to have discipline.
30. To report any comment, irregular behaviors and activities to the Duty Manager.
31. Perform any other duties assigned by Duty Manager / Front Office Manager / Rooms Division Manager.

• Develop SOPs and provide regulatory input to product life-cycle planning
• Manage secondary repackaging procedures in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Maintain up-to-date legal and regulatory knowledge on the registration, import and sale of products.
• Oversee and develop a team of highly motivated, experienced and dedicated direct reports

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Graduates with Science related degree eg. Veterinary science / Animal science BioMedical, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology etc.
   

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5-7 years in Regulatory Affairs of Animal Health industries
• Experienced in handling registration of veterinary biological products, dealing with Department of Veterinary Services (DVS).

Manager, Regulatory Affairs

Field Service Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Field Services Specialist is responsible for all communication with assigned hatcheries and farms.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all assigned biodevices, delivering an excellent customer service and after sales-support.
• Service and maintenance related issues on the complete Company ID equipment range.
• Provide electrical/mechanical support and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Required participation in territory after hours support and repairs.
• Understand and follow up visits to key account customers to check on the correct equipment functioning.
• Complete all relevant reporting forms and procedures including scheduling visits, customer site contacts, parts usage priorities, site cart management, certification program, vehicle and equipment maintenance within assigned time period.
• Manage and train the Operator Training Program for customer employees on the safety standards, utility, and proper usage of the equipment installed or repaired.
• Facilitate the vaccine and sanitation preparation program for all devices
• Principle for correct and accurate collecting and reporting all important information eg Convey to management the new sales support/maintenance service opportunities identified as a result of his/her client experience, or own market vision.
• Maintain inventory control of the assigned equipment and spare parts, co-ordinating the receipt of the requested equipment, both at national level and customer level.
• Use the available track system to report one’s activity concerning the visits performed, services given, replacement parts used and required, etc.
• Follow all safety/precautionary procedures.
• Regular communication with supervisor
• Ensure compliance of all work related activities, performing according to COMPANY policies and procedures

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or related curriculum and/or a Bachelors degree in poultry science or related field from an accredited institution.
