The HP Indigo team are seeking a confident, dynamic, self-motivated individual to deliver programs that promote customer growth across the APJ region. Working with internal teams to help develop, position and promote these programs, you’ll be involved in both the planning and delivery.
In collaboration with our channels, you’ll visit customer sites and look at ways to improve their workflow or bring new applications across to their market leading digital presses (Ramp Training), assist them with challenges around colour accuracy or repeatability (Colour Value Added Services) and share best practice for consumable replacement (Supplies Optimisation).
The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital print industry from a commercial or label and packaging background, preferably with detailed Indigo knowledge. You’ll need to be self-motivated, can work independently or in cross-cultural teams and be familiar with the policies and structure of corporate organisations whilst showcasing excellent time management skills.
With a focus on personality and communication, we are committed to finding the right candidate who has the potential to help us grow our customers’ business and will provide the training and development for success.
This position can be based in Australia or Singapore and will involve travel throughout the region.

What can we do together?
Unique Category Management opportunity to learn and grow in a multicultural team based in Paris, France. The apprentice will be part of Southern Europe Middle East & Africa (SEMA) Print Supplies Category team and will support Supplies Category Management for Retail Go-to-Market in France.
The Category Manager Apprentice - Print Supplies has an important supportive role for the country supplies business developer to help in controlling and driving business performance in Retail.
While key focus is France market, the SEMA Supplies Category team is covering a bigger geography. It will be required to participate in market projects and bring insights consistently across the SEMA team.
Key responsibilities:
Support Supplies Category Management for France Retail Go-to-Market;
Perform Competitive analysis;
Elaborate weekly and monthly analytics and insights from data collection;
Share recommendation for tool and process enhancements;
Support Product Lifecycle management of the category in France (New product introduction, End of Life, etc.);
Support marketing 4P plans executions in France;
Learn & support Digital and sustainability transformations of the business unit.
Who you are?
Master's degree student enrolled in a business school or univeristy with a specialization in Marketing, Finance or Business Management.
Fluency in French and English is required for this role.
Strong Analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good Problem-solving skills leveraging available resources.
Positive can-do attitude. teamwork.
