Job Descriptions:

• Handle day to day customers’ orders, email and social media enquiries
• Assist in day to day warehouse operations
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organisation of files, documents etc
• Assist in recruitment onboarding
• Maintain and update new hires information to company’s database
• Consolidate invoices for payment and manage data entry
• Assist in company’s events (e.g. birthday celebration, plan company retreat)
• Assist in other administrative matters of the company when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications of 'N' Levels & above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (orally and written)
• Self-motivated, well organised – able to time manage independently on multiple tasks
• Jovial, fun, pleasant looking, outgoing and warm personality
• Witty and good with problem solving
• Willingness to learn
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in fashion and beauty
• Keen sense in fashion/e-commerce industry
