Summary of Job Responsibilities

As a Minibar Controller, you are responsible for requisition of all inventories (subjected to the approval of the Minibar Assistant Manager), as well as the maintenance of par stock levels. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of postings as well as overseeing the tracking of expiring items.

Job Description:

Job Overview

The Finance Executive, under the direct supervision of the Finance & Business Support Manager of the Hotel, will be in charge of overseeing the Finance function at the hotel and supporting the accounts receivables, income audit, and purchasing functions. THE JOB

As Food & Beverage Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management and reporting of all O&O venues financial results – working with each location self-operating leadership team or concessionaire to develop action plans to continually drive financial performance. The Controller remains part of the core F&B leadership team, participating in management meetings and building strong relationships with location stakeholders. • Ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting of financial reporting from each self-operating and concessionaire operation

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling responsibilities, at least 3 years in a similar capacity

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

$100,000.00 USD - $125,000.00 USD
