Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to older people and people with a learning disability, physical disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. The support we offer is tailored to the individual client’s needs and preferences and promotes wellbeing, choice and community engagement.

We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality for our Honeypot Lane Extra Care Service. The service has capacity for 61 residents in Brent, which is a rich and culturally diverse area. You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider and service user’s families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well-organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery.

You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision alongside a warm, person-centered and respectful approach. An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards is essential. You should have a relevant professional qualification and/or a degree level qualification and most importantly see yourself as a natural leader.

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access employment, education, and social opportunities. We are looking to welcome a senior support worker within our South Manchester mental health Housing related support services in Wythenshawe. Full time or part available.
Minimum of 22.5 hours. Flexible work pattern on rota planned well in advance.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, organised and caring individual with leadership qualities to support people to live fulfilling lives and move on to greater independence. Some community outreach will be required but most support is 9-5pm on site on a 7 day week flexible rota basis. (some weekends planned well in advance) to meet individual needs in a personalised way.

You will be given full training to do the role and bespoke training in all aspects of the mental health services in Manchester including trauma informed care.

Practically you will support a range of people with Mental health needs to enjoy independence, choice, work towards recovery and gain quality of life. The role will involve practical assistance with daily living and support and develop a wide range of activities that promote wellbeing. Experience of oversight/ supervising staff is desirable. Prior experience and possession of a relevant qualification is desirable.

All three services are at the same location and offers a good variety between all three services.

At Courtyard Services Horsforth, Leeds you will support people with learning disabilities, encouraging and empowering them to develop skills and confidence in a warm and vibrant setting.

The Role:

• You will work flexibly between the three services supporting users to in various activities,
• You will work alongside support users to experience employment and community involvement,
• To prepare healthy, high quality food/drinks and maintain food hygiene and health and safety,
• To work alongside the wider team and offer practical and emotional support to members as required,
• To ensure the efficient general running of the service.

Full and part time hours available to be worked flexibly Monday to Sunday 24/7, part time hours subject to a minimum of 16 hours per week. We would expect staff to be able to work evenings, sleeps and weekends.
