1. Responsible for developing Bedding Accessories sales, gross margin % and debtors control;
2. Responsible for identifying Sales Lead, Sales Channels, Product assortment and Margin management from both Direct Retail, Indirect channels (Such as Departmental Store) and On-line.

10. Ensure that payment are promptly collected within company's policies and agreed term;
11. Set up a sales SOP and range plan to ensure consistency in motivating and incentivise business partners/ promoters;
12. Attend to consumers' enquires, feedback/ complaints, and follow up with after sales service;
13. Manage team of promoters to develop sales;
14. To manage and review promoter’s performance, regularly update and educate promoters on product knowledge and upcoming product or promotion;
15. Gather feedback and information on competitors and ground activities. Feedback to management for proactive actions on product trend and promotional activities;
16. Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Academic and professional qualifications : Min O level, Degree or Diploma in Business (or related discipline)
2. Working experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales experience in dealing with Retail or Departmental Stores sales;

Job Description
1. Assist the Fleet Management team in securing the company’s core business contracts including but not limited to Fleet Management Program (FMP) that may be inclusive of aircraft maintenance checks (MRO), Inventory Technical Management (ITM) and/or Fleet Technical Management (FTM) Services.
2. Represent the company to negotiate and secure contracts.

5. Work with Fleet Management Commercial Team to jointly develop the pricing and sales strategy for each customer engagement.
6. Work with the legal and operation teams to ensure contractual terms and service levels provided by vendors/suppliers are aligned to the services offered to customers, and to ensure the protection of the Company’s contractual interests and to limit its’ exposures/ liabilities
7. Assist the Fleet Management and the sales team in the administration of existing contracts.
8. Engage and develop a strong relationship with the customers, and to understand their needs and requirements
9. Provide a market intelligence and duty travel report following each duty travel trip.
10. Formulate the budget and target plan for each financial year in support of the company’s goals
11. Develop presentations, draft proposals, contracts and notes of discussions

Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university, candidates with aeronautical degrees are preferred.
2. At least 3 or more years of working experience in a related role, preferably in the aviation industry.
