Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals across the APAC region.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market entry activities and expansion into new territories. Develop comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and market penetration.
• Product Positioning and Pricing: Collaborate with the product management team to develop product positioning and pricing strategies that align with market demand and competitive landscape.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market trend analysis and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, threats, and key success factors. Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and sales planning.
• Commercial Vehicles Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge and sales experience in the commercial vehicles industry to drive sales performance and provide valuable insights to the team.
• Product Planning: Work closely with the technical team to oversee product planning and development, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer requirements.
• Sales Channel Development: Establish and manage sales channels across the APAC region, including identifying and appointing distributors, dealers, and other sales partners. Provide guidance and support to optimize sales performance.
• Distributor Management: Develop strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, providing support and guidance to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Database Management: Maintain and establish a regional customer database, including key contacts and account information. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and support sales activities.
• Support and Collaboration: Provide ongoing support to distributors and customers, including training, product information, and sales collateral. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on commercial vehicles or related industries.
