• Assessing and determining the training needs of staff and volunteers
• Drive the curriculum building and development of resources needed to build their competencies in communications
• Design and execution of learning programmes for staff and volunteers with communications roles.
• Organise timely courses/workshops, learning events, Community of Practices(COP) and other learning opportunities for staff and volunteers
• Develop processes, competency frameworks, training roadmaps and performance assessment metrics to strengthen company's communications function
• Research and source for appropriate learning methodologies, e-learning courseware/platforms and partners
• Oversee the team’s administrative processes and capability development
• Manage team’s budget utilisation and adherence to financial and procurement processes.
• Identify training needs, coach and assess staff performance
• Participate in workgroups and perform tasks as assigned
